1.) Now Accepting Credit Cards!

Laser Advantage now will be accepting VISA, Master Card, and Discover credit cards*. We are excited to offer our customers the convenience of paying over the phone. Please call and ask our billing department about our new service. They will be happy to tell you about it and help you with any payments.

2.) Laser Advantage has its own Laser Marker!

Laser Advantage is in the process of developing their own Fiber Laser Marker which will be released in the third quarter. Look for more information on this site.

May 2008

1.) EBay store Closed!

Laser Advantage has closed its EBay store due to better results with one on one customer support. Please call us if you are looking for parts and we will be happy to check our inventory. We can also recommend places to find parts we don't have and we do offer support for systems.

2.) New Technician, Mike Burke!

A recent addition to our field service and systems group is Mike Burke. He comes to us from the Army Aviation division. 1.) EBay store!

Laser Advantage recently went through its inventory and is pleased to announce that we have an EBay store which will be selling a lot of our overstocked equipment and parts.

2.) Our Website was updated by NAB Web Design.

Nancy created a website for us that was easier to navigate and much more organized. She worked with us to create the professional and appealing site you see today. We are happy with how personable she is and how much knowledge she has. She was able to find a way to give us the site we wanted in an affordable and timely manner.

We have recently hit our 5 year mark and are excited to see our business has come so far. We would not have made it this far with out our dedicated employees and our loyal customers. We would like to thank you for your faith and support.

Laser Advantage LLC, is now providing support for all Alase systems, as well as upgrades and maintenance. We have purchased Alase’s service division and will be providing unsurpassed support for all Alase customers. Experienced service engineers are here to keep your equipment running smoothly and efficiently.

Our laser engineers are focused on providing you with the best service whether you need support, systems or upgrades.

3.) Laser Advantage and Lanmark Controls bring Winlase to you!
Lanmark Controls, who recently purchased the Winlase software rights form Alase Technologies is teaming up with Laser Advantage to install these upgrades. Lanmark will be providing the software for Winlase to Laser Advantage to upgrade the Trueview programs to winlase software.

December 2006

1.) We recently hired a new field service engineer, Dave Collins.

Dave Collins has recently joined the Laser Advantage team. He came to us from Alase Technologies, and will be joining our service department. His knowledge in the Alase equipment and Winlase system will be a great advantage for us and his training will mean he will soon be out servicing more equipment. He has 10 years experience in the industry and graduated from Florida Advanced Technology Center for Electronic Engineering Technology. We are excited to start putting his experience and knowledge to work.

Laser Advantage and Miyachi Unitek teamed up with us to provide paramount service to its East Coast and Canada Customers. Our Engineers are trained to support MUC equipment so we guarantee you professionals servicing your equipment.
